Shipping policy

Expected delivery time:

  • Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 5 to 7 Business Days
  • Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 8 to 12 Business Days
  • Within Pakistan for stitched: 15 Business Days
  • Outside Pakistan for stitched: 15 to 22 Business Days

Shipping Charges:

  • Within Pakistan: Free
  • Outside Pakistan: Flat shipping charge of PKR 13,500.

 

Couriers:

  • Within Pakistan: Call Courier, M&P Logistics & Swyft Logistics.
  • Outside Pakistan: DHL & SKYNET.

 

We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.

Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries in India.

 

Order Tracking

On dispatch of your order you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check Junk/Spam folder as well.

 

Customs and Duties

Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Hijab Omer is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
